  Working alongside Professor Knighton, Dr. Carl Scott and four other talented team members, our project management group sought out a solution to the issues presented to the rest of the class with the software in use, Trello. There was no repository of data from previous semester kept on the website. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of three assigning weekly tasks and assuring that our client, Dr. Scott, stays up-to-date• Gathered project requirements from Dr. Scott and suggested solutions and replacement software for a more streamlined and efficient process of building a data repository for students in future semesters• Collaborated with another group in the first phase to do a quick evaluation of best practices for document version control/source code control systems, and to identify specific requirements. Then we evaluated software to recommend a solution. After the beginning phase our group focused on the actual implementation/setup of the best practices within the application environment, the subsequent group focused on documentation and training materials and initial testing/rollout for the application. • Product Selection and Implementation, maintaining a Gantt Chart fulfilling and achieving all deliverables successfully• Created documentation such as Swim Lanes, Business Case, Statement of Work, and User Training Manual• Trained our semester's students regarding how to utilize and implement the new software successfully• Presented weekly progress via Activity Reports, as well as presentations to an audience of over 50 students and professors Show less
