  The Bruegmann Group designs, develops and manufactures high quality retail merchandising products and solutions that deliver an innovative differentiation to the target market (retailers or brands). Objectives of our solutions are to enhance on-shelf presentation while optimizing labor processes dedicated to executing planogram compliance. Our aim is to become an extended arm of our customers' merchandising teams by identifying pain-points, developing solutions and ultimately implementing the solution for large scale rollouts. With fully-owned production facilities in the United States, Germany & China, our capabilities allow for rapid response while tailoring to the exact needs of our customers. My role in a business development is to foster relationships and identify pain points within our existing customers to further solidify Bruegmann's partnership as extended arm of their merchandising team. Furthermore, my objective is to identify new opportunities with retailers and brands to introduce Bruegmann's capabilities and portfolio of market-driven solutions. Show less
