      As a Senior Associate at WRT, Philadelphia’s leading planning and design firm, I managed the Housing and Community Design Group. This group designed and completed multiple HOPE VI developments, tax credit funded affordable housing communities and senior living projects that leveraged the expertise of each of the in-house disciplines; planning, architecture and landscape design. Award winning projects include Gateway Crossing in Hagerstown, Orchard Ridge in Baltimore, Maryland, and Stonebridge at Montgomery Continuing Care Retirement Community in Skillman, New Jersey.       At BartonPartners Architects Planners I designed and managed residential projects completed in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, placing over 1,400 residential units on the market. These projects included market-rate, affordable, special-needs and senior living residential communities. The special-needs projects were developed by Regan Development Corporation and were designed specifically for residents suffering from multiple sclerosis: Kershaw Commons, Akabe Village, and Montvale Commons in New Jersey, Ojakian Commons in Connecticut, and Inglis Gardens at Belmont in Pennsylvania.
