      I started my career with an internship at Sara Lee / Douwe Egberts. I stayed. In the beginning I worked on projects related to internal communication, employer branding and employee relations (Work Life Balance, Global Business Standards). After a while I started recruiting white collar workers in Mkt/Sales/Finance/Supply Chain and finally I became HR Officer. At that time I combined all tasks described above and I also supported on the talent development and performance management programs. It was an interesting period because I experienced how Douwe Egberts became Sara Lee. Show less

      HR Consultant - HR Business Partner

      As an HR consultant I worked at several companies on site and in different roles. I had a short term assignment at Caterpillar Distribution Services Europe. Then I joined CAF-DCF (Pharma). I helped the company at recruiting but supported and even led diverse HR projects. Some examples : job description, evaluation and classification project, new performance system, new salary system, start-up of leadership coaching program. I became the sparring partner for the business.After this assigment I started at Mobistar as HR Business Partner for the commercial department. Ensuring the efficient recruitment, performing the talent review cycle and preparing the manpower budget exercise were some of my tasks. I also provided first line expertise on all HR domains to line & senior managers. The last assignment I performed at Siemens. I assumed an HR Business Partner role for the department Building Technologies. In this role I coordinated an ongoing change process led by HR next to daily HR Business Partner activities. Show less
