  In charge of leading the contracting strategies for integrated services in the HPM (Halliburton Project Management) department for the construction and completion of wells for operating companies in Latin America, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia, valued at an annual average of USD 600 million, covering more than 100 Drilling & Completion wells, 10 drilling rigs, 6 direct professionals (the HPM Country Managers), and more than 200 indirect professionals.• We developed, together with all country contract managers in the Middle East, a tool to perform two functions: risk assessment in tenders submitted by operators, or the creation of terms of reference for contract strategies to be developed when contracting goods, services, or personnel for projects.• Was able to get PDVSA to accept paying the debt of our services provided in Venezuela, debt over 2MM USD. This prevented the debt from rising monthly, effective with the sale of oil delivered in US refineries, negotiating with the project manager during a 2-month span.• Was able to help the company save 32 MM USD of a 4 year contract signed with Mexico. I was able to terminate the contract by paying the 4MM USD fee. By that time, we had already amounted a loss of 12 MM USD during the first year of execution because the rate negotiated by matrix house (US) for the 3 drilling rigs in Mexico was 50% lower than the rate found on the market.• I secured payment from Shell to pay 3 MM USD in invoices already paid by Halliburton to its third parties for the collection and transportation of water for well construction in Iraq, and I secured the avoidance of $5 million in fines for well construction in Halliburton's integrated services projects in Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
