Workshops brought a valuable outcome – further development of the team member’s… Show more From Recognition Newsletter:During the second quarter of FY15, Peter has made a number of significant contributions helping ESM to accomplish its operational goals and keep improving both quality and the efficiency of the organization at the same time. Technical workshops organized and led by Peter helped members of his team to master the installation and configuration of the OM in the virtual environment. Workshops brought a valuable outcome – further development of the team member’s skillset. As a separate activity planned and executed within the very short timeframe, Peter has led the ‘OM monitoring platform management’ knowledge transfer workshop on site in Germany for customer E.ON. Feedback received from the account was extremely positive, the account team was very happy with the quality of the knowledge transfer sessions. As an outcome, E.ON account will be able to operate secure monitoring environment using the account onshore team hence satisfying the security requirements of E.ON customer. On top of all business as usual activities, Peter has been also leading an internal initiative with the aim to improve the operational efficiency of the OM support teams. The initiative code named ‘VT hardening’ will help ESM to increase its efficiency even further. Thanks to Peter for all his dedication and his support of the HP ES objectives! Show less
