  Key Working Areas: Project Design, Estimation, Tendering, Tendering and Project ExecutionMajor Projects Involved: * Construction for Kahramaa New Tower (5B+G+M+19+T)* Doha Live (Hotel+Retail)* RLCSF3-Epic for common cooling seawater system phase-3 project(RLIC)* Kahramaa 400/220KV Al Baraha super-1 substation Duties & Responsibility :•Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications•Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect•Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise•Designing of the HVAC system using the HAP software•Preparing the report ESP calculation for the air-conditioning units and the fans.•Designing of the ducts using the duct sizer following the project specification or as per the standards.•Designing of the chilled water piping using the pipe sizer software•Verify/Review shop drawing prior to submission for approval•Prepare technical or material submittals based on the specifications for approval•BOQ takeoff and ordering of materials in line with project specs.•Review Contractor’s shop drawings against the design [tender] drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to project manager with appropriate comments / approval•Undertake general project site observation / inspection of the mechanical services works for Contractor’s adherence to the approved shop drawings and Consultant’s specification, good working practices, the construction schedule and health & safety.•Witness mechanical system final testing and commissioning•Undertake final project snagging and prepare list of defects for Contractor’s action.
