Staffing Resources Center (System-Wide Labor Pool) Leadership and oversight of 100+ non-clinical team members floating in our internal systemwide labor pool to over 100 Riverside Medical Group practices. Recruitment/interviewing, onboarding, training, staffing coordination, employee relations, and performance evaluations. I was instrumental in the creation of the Staffing Resources Center in 2011, starting with 40 team members and the department has now grown to over 400 team members.
