  During the summer of 2020 I worked as a receptionist for Coor: Facility Management at ICA:s central warehouse for the Västra Götaland region in Kungälv. My responsibilities included taking care of visitors and entrepreneurs visiting the site and supplying these with relevant access cards or keys they might need. I also handled the mail coming in and out of the warehouse.

  At Nouryon's logistics hub, my role focused on ensuring that customer deliveries were scheduled as planned. When a customer placed an order, transportation by road and rail was intended to be automatically arranged. However, there were occasions when the system could not find a suitable transport option in the database. In these cases, the logistics hub provided assistance, and my work primarily involved troubleshooting within the transport management system, Transporeon, as well as SAP. My responsibilities were mainly centered around road transportation, including both bulk and packaged goods.I was also responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting surcharges, which could arise from various situations, such as truck drivers waiting at customer sites to deliver goods, tank rentals, and other circumstances.
