      In my final role at UNiDAYS I was responsible for the onboarding of new partners from brief to delivery, providing knowledgeable input to internal stakeholders and external clients at all stages. Within this role I was required to maintain consistent and effective lines of communication across all internal teams, as well as providing first line support for the Partner Acquisition, Account Manager and Partner Development teams, liaising with clients and conveying production needs back to the business. As an Assistant Digital Producer I was required to take on a wide range of responsibilities. I frequently worked with Adobe programmes such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create and modify imagery used across the UNiDAYS website and app. In order to train and up-skill new members of the team I was also required to use inDesign to create training and support documentation, which contributed to the expansion and efficiency of the team. In addition to this I also have a good working knowledge and application of HTML & CSS, which I used to create and edit splash pages / iframes that sit on the partner sites. Once I’d created this content I was required to upload it in to the in-house CMS, which I used daily to manage and deliver digital content.Another key responsibility of my role as an Assistant Producer was to act as first line support for external partner developers tasked with implementing the UNiDAYS tracking API. This involved the distribution of an SDK, followed by regular conversations over email and on the phone to answer any questions or discuss technical issues that may arise. This development work often went hand in hand with new partner launches, so was vital to the success of the partnership.
