I gained an in-depth understanding and knowledge of many industry sectors and recruited a number of individuals at salary levels ranging from £22K to £350K. The majority of my accounts were "trade" accounts (i.e. the Headhunter was my client) I provided the Headhunters with the candidates that they required through research and networking methodologies. My role covered all aspects of the research for recruitment process from the initial compilation of a target list of companies i.e. where will we find the candidate that we arelooking for?, the identification of potential candidates and the approach of these potential candidates to interview co-ordination, offer and eventual placement of the candidate - maintaining direct contact with both candidate and client throughout the whole process.
