I also assisted lending institutions with commercial real estate foreclosures, equipment and inventory collateral sales under the UCC, and other post-judgment enforcement actions.I also represented financial institutions and insurance providers in the defense of class action and single-plaintiff litigation matters involving federal consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, as well as the defense of matters involving lien priority issues and state consumer credit laws.
