  Chief Coordinating Officer

  As Chief Coordinating Officer for Municipal Government, Carmen was appointed by the City Manager to move the City into an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) format. With her team she conducted a thorough internal assessment of the various operational and technological systems and developed business processes and workflows to identify and implement the most efficient and cost effective methods of doing business. The developed work flows strengthened the City’s infrastructure.
