  Project Name : BASSO-BAR(Benefit Access Rewrite) Client : Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Environment : Adobe Flex 3, Core Java, J2EE, Spring, iBatis, Cairngorm,IBM-DB2 URL : https://www.benefitaccess.com BAR (Benefit Access Rewrite): BAR application is used to manage stocks of employees for the companies who have registered with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Companies register with MSSB. User, once registered, can manage his share/stocks in a number of ways in a much secured environment. It is a multilingual application. Contribution:1. Worked on developing business logic in Action Script and Core Java.2. Developing custom components that can be used in all parts of application.3. Worked on Login/Logout Functionality of Bar Application.4. Interacting with the client to understand the project and finalize its scope. 5. Estimation, design and development of various modules. 6. Bug fixing and maintenance of the product 7. Mentoring junior members in the team. Provided knowledge transfer sessions for building up the team for this project.8. Coordinating with other teams working on the same project.
