      1) Worked on site vessel inspection programme utilizing criticality assessment techniques in Flotta Oil Terminal Engineering Department. 2) Responsible for investigation of a bolt failure problem on the hot oil system heater vent stacks.3) Integrated Services Contractor Ltd (ISC), 1994 to 1995 Secondment: Graduate Engineer a) In Piping Group, carried out a full Pipe Stress Analysis on the Saltire Mud system pipework in order to define support requirements and verified a flowline changeout. This included both Onshore and Offshore components. 3) Project Engineering responsibilities included FEED CTR review and approval, FEED expediting and reporting.4) Engineering responsibilities included resolution of engineering issues with Contractor and general control of workscope and overall FEED output.5) Overall FEED responsibilities were to produce FEED level engineering document to be used as a basis for EPIC tendering and to produce an engineering estimate (30% accuracy) for Project budget purposes. 6) Produced EPCC Contact ITB Scope of Work for Offshore Contract component. Attended engineering office and site visits.3) After call for commercial submission supervised late stage Scope of Work changes prior to final commercial evaluation and Contract award.4) After Contract award, stationed in Contractor’s office (Raga Perkasa Ekaguna), supervised and expedited the complete detailed design and procurement process carried out by the Contractor as Company Client Representative with a small part-time Company support team. Routine weekly activities included expediting/approving all engineering/vendor documents for review, handling all scope changes, verifying accuracy of progress reporting and milestone payments.5) Took responsibility for Company/Contractor interfaces and reporting/tracking/expediting systems for detailed engineering and procurement phases. 6) Engineering activities were extensive and included ranging from managing structural design changes to accommodate the chosen tender assist drilling rig, to attending SDV/MOV and Diesel Generator FATs, 7) After completion of design and procurement phases, moved full-time to Construction site in Surabaya, East Java to provide engineering support assistance to existing Company Construction team.8) At site expedited construction related engineering issues, answering site engineering queries, expediting site scope of work changes and site improvements. 9) Coordinated commissioning activities with Contractor, writing commissioning procedures for Contractor. Project completion is now approaching in the final closeout phase with the final project mechanical completion duration of 20 months (against a planned duration of 18.5months). Final project quality and delivery was of a high standard.2) Responsible for preparation, reviewing and checking of WHP-B Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) Invitation to Bid document Scope of Work and Administration sections.3) Responsible for scheduling, supervising and expediting the in-house Contractor Tender submission pre-qualification & tender phases and the engineering office visits.4) Prepared the Contract Milestone Payment Schedules and Contract Price Breakdowns for the Commercial Phase and assisted Company Project Controls Group with AFE Estimates revisions for BP MIGAS submission (Overall Cost USD 60MM).5) Responsible for Contract document updating incorporating all tender phase clarifications and negotiations with low bidder (Bakrie Construction) to agree the Contract to be signed by both management parties. Leading the small project managment team dedicated to Iron Duke and Champion 7 LP projects through from the Concept Definition to Construction completion utilizing the available resources in the Brunei home office and the workshare-based support offices (Detail Design from Chennai, Workpacking from Manila).Managing the EPCI project estimates and technical/commercial proposals review and approvals and the change orders arising post-approval, retaining cost performance responsibility for the project throughout the execution phase.Produced the Project Weekly Summary Report coordinating the input from all the project groups interfacing with and representing the Iron Duke project in front of the BSP Client management team.
