      In this role, I support the head boys coach and assistant coaches in an as-able capacity. This includes assisting in certain practices, driving the rowing shell trailer for regattas, organizing certain travel logistics for the team when needed, and supporting the planning and implementation of hosted regattas. Director of Rowing, overseeing the program operations, resources, facilities, and parent support group of Crew at Saint Ignatius College Preparatory, including the women's and men's high school program of 120-140+ student-athletes, middle-school programming, and other initiatives. In this role, strategically supports the rowing coaches, student-athletes, and the Athletics Department in meeting the needs of the program. Head coach of men's rowing, and head varsity men's coach, overseeing program operation, facilities, and logistics for a squad of 60-75+ high school student-athletes, while working closely with the women's head coach and parent support group.

      In this role at John O’Connell High School, under the central management of SFUSD’s CIF San Francisco City Section Commissioner’s Office and through the focus on organized sport and related student activities, I support the O’C Community as it focuses on the development of the whole person. As O’Connell’s AD I support O’C’s student-athletes and the coaches and teachers who guide them, through eligibility tracking and student accountability relationship-building, sport facility and equipment support, game and event support, and other logistics and coordination. Through this role I also help the O’C Community as it works to ensure that students meet the CDC’s and Department of Health and Human Services’ recommended daily level of physical activity for youth - a Wellness-focused effort that positively impacts students inside and outside of the classroom.
