My role was to source and advise on the best mortgage options, discussing each customers personal circumstances and affordability profile. Factoring in interest, term and lender fees to present the most cost effective option that offered security of payments and flexibility where needed. I also advised on financial protection against illness, loss of income or death through insurance products designed to support customers at difficult times. This advice package was delivered predominantly over the phone but I also joined the New Build Specialist team and provided a face to face service too working with Barratt Homes.I consistently met and exceeded stated targets and identified avenues for business development; received performance recognition via the Best Newcomer Award at the annual company meeting. Fostered and developed long-term client relationships while visiting over 20 developer sites. Stimulated an increase in revenue and efficiency through the recommendation of process improvements.
