Consistently lead facility to meet/exceed annual operating plan, 100% on-time delivery, and to achieve high customer satisfaction and quality ratings.Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing, engineering and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets. Initiated plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
