Additional works include roof replacement & insulation and installation of district heating system to over 800 flats.Tenement Refurbishments – External Wall Insulation to rear closes & gables, Masonry Repairs, Window Replacement, Internal Alterations incl. new kitchens, bathrooms, central heating system and electrics. Design & Build Contract. Show less Completed Projects:Ruchazie - New Build Housing Development – 60 Homes over two phases designed to Housing For Varying Needs standards. Units include houses, mid-market flats & accessible bespoke wheelchair flats. The project also includes a supported children’s residential unit with 8 bedrooms designed to meet the needs of the children and supporting staff. Lochore Terrace - New Build Development - Comprises of 13 new build units arranged in two terraces of 2 storey houses and one terrace of single storey. The single storey block consists of 4 houses designed for ambulant resident's & one wheelchair accessible property. All properties to HFVN's standards. Show less

  Projects:- 25 Greenhead Street, Glasgow - Facade retention and new build development on the 'Inn on the Green' site overlooking Glasgow Green. The development includes basement common facilities, rear garden space and roof terrace for residents.- Sciennes Primary School Extension / Pavillion (Edinburgh) - Working as Passivhaus consultant to Holmes Miller Architects - Westmuir Street and Sorby Street - Separate flatted developments located in Parkhead to passivhaus standards. The client has a passion for targeting fuel poverty in the area with passivhaus design being their preferred solution to deliver this. - Landressy Place - New build flatted development with private court yard and gardens to the rear. The project looks to cater for the needs of older residents and assist people who live with dementia. The fabric of the building looks to eliminate thermal bridging and achieves all Section 7 Silver Aspects.- Balmaha Plantation New Build Development - 20 affordable housing units and 2 housing plots in the picturesque village of Balmaha, Loch Lomond. This project aims to bring affordable housing to an area with many holiday homes and high rent premiums that have begun to push out the local population.- Cunningham House, Carntyne Church Extension - Working in partnership with Page \ Park Architects and Stewart & Shields, we acted as passivhaus consultants on this project tasked with bringing the new build extension of the project up to passivhaus standards. To name a few, we provided design advice relating back to the PHPP results, coordination of the air tightness strategy and regular site inspections. The new build element of the project comprising of 5 stacked flats achieved Passivhaus Certification in January 2020. Show less
