  How may we increase the consumption of millets by changing consumption pattern

  The project entitled "Enhancing Millet Consumption in India" aims to investigate strategies for increasing the consumption of millets within the country. Through a comprehensive analysis of dietary trends, cultural preferences, and nutritional benefits, the project seeks to identify key barriers to millet adoption and develop actionable recommendations. By collaborating with stakeholders from the agriculture, food processing, and public health sectors, the project aims to formulate a multifaceted approach that includes awareness campaigns, policy advocacy, and innovative product development. Ultimately, the goal is to foster a positive shift in dietary habits, promoting millets as a sustainable and nutritious dietary choice for the Indian population. Show less
