Project completed within 3 months exceeding industrial standards. - Successfully overseas the modification from cargo to passenger lifts c/w security card access system.- Successfully tender and completed US$2 million project from Excelstor Technology. Design and built a class 100 cleanroom with a total floor area of approximately 500m2 and 2 numbers of class 10K cleanroom with a total floor area of approximately 800m2. Other areas include production testing areas, training room, warehouse and warehouse office with a total floor area of approximately 2000m2 at their manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China. We will be responsible for the whole MBS retrofitting work consists of Hotel block, Conventional Hall, Exhibition Hall, Casino, etc.To co-ordinate with system furniture supplier, end user and facility member on their new power and data requirement. Mobilize and ensure all works are carrying out within the tight schedule and submit quotation based on agreed SOR for client’s approval. F1 NIGHT RACE (YEAR 2008~2010) I have successfully completed Singapore’s first F1 night race, in which Cyclect are responsible for the design and built of electrical power for the Racing Teams and also the necessary power needed for all the supporting services like F&B stall, First Aid facility, Super-screens for showing the race, etc. I had to oversee the whole operation, inclusive of the design of about 300 electrical panels to be used throughout the whole circuit of 5.2Km. Responsible for the dismantling and storage of material to the respective storage area designated by client after the race event. WOODLAND TECH SEMICONDUCTOR (OCT 2007 ~ JUN 2008)This project has a lot of challenge as there are a lot of services already in the FAB and limited space for cable ladder routing, thus proper planning and design needs to be done, in-order to accomplish the work within budget and schedule. First design and built of outdoor lightning protection system on a steel bridge to prevent induced voltage from lightning, traveling thru electrical cables to the Main Switch Board(MSB), which will in turn caused it to trip or damaged the MSB/panels. Installed a total of 113nos of panels, 8nos of bus-ducts, 2nos of 300KVA UPS, 1no of DYSC system and Fibre-glass lightning protection system within 7months for phase II and III. Show less

My main scope of work is to handle the power aspect of this job which includes power supply to all facilities, generators deployment, diesel refueling, public lighting, decorative lighting and UPS system for essential equipments.Provide technical knowledge to help my client to decide on the engineering aspect of this project in terms of power requirement. Recommended infrastructure upgrading work to help save cost and reduce the risk of failure.I overseas and ensure all other contractors working within this project, submit their power requirements correctly in order for the electrical contractor to design and built the power network.Held weekly meeting with the contractors and record the minutes of meeting to ensure everything is in order for the smooth delivery of this project. Ensure the contractors have a correct inventory list, with the material belonging to the client, and all materials deliver to storage is in good condition and accounted for. Show less
