    My business career of over 30 years is spread across Skilling and Education, BPO, Telecom and Business Automation industries. I have headed SBUs/ managed P&L, and held CXO-level positions in Sales and Business Development, Customer Service and Operations with leading corporates. I was voted Role Model Leader at Reliance. Received a personal letter of appreciation from Mr Mukesh Ambani. I am a keen observer of the link between practical spirituality (not didactic one) and successful lives. I conduct sessions with youth on "how spirituality can help them in building a successful career and finding happiness and fulfilment".
