  - Interviewed U-M environmental law professors to author and present memorandum to community stakeholders on importance of clean energy generation-shifting to combat greenhouse gas emissions in an economically strategic manner.- Drafted policy proposal to revamp Washtenaw County special education system through dialogue-based classes for educators in local universities with the goal of eliminating significant disproportionality and culture of racial bias.- Consulted environmental directors and archival energy data from university buildings to compile and deliver research briefs to U-M administration on need for sustainable HVAC systems through transition to renewable energy at Central Power Plant.   - Conducted in-depth research into UM’s historic enrollment patterns to pilot partnership with local agencies to revamp recruitment incentivizing minority enrollment through mentorship programs in underrepresented Michigan high schools.- Drafted several bylaw amendments and resolutions that increased efficiency of governmental/election procedures and diverted funding to student organizations for several initiatives to enhance quality of social and academic life for constituents.- Proactively led interviews for the LSA Carbon Neutrality Manager position and assisted administration by ensuring hired candidate demonstrated accountability, communication with students, and tangible plans to meet net-zero emissions.   - Evaluated and critiqued the feasibility of 200+ department proposals in LSA for the development of new minors and to make crucial adjustments to existing majors to enhance students’ academic performance.- Collaborated with faculty to ensure that course proposals align with University Race and Ethnicity guidelines so that students can apply nuanced understandings of race and discrimination to build a more equitable society upon graduation. - Contributed to market research that identified employer demand for programming skills across diverse industries and program design for innovative Computation for the Arts minor to augment liberal arts graduates’ career prospects.   - Researched forces that drive states to initiate military occupations to scope out variables related to occupied populations’ perceived legitimacy of and need for extended control by occupying powers correlated with success.- Documented 50+ secondary historical accounts and archival research related to occupations and examining the relevant academic literature to document evolution from conflicts to stages of military occupations through qualitative coding sheets. - Addressed research design challenges by mapping qualitative historical data on military occupations to numeric scales for variables such as nature of initial conflict, occupation duration, and legitimacy to prepare for predictive multi-var regression.
