  As a Gender Officer, I navigated an elaborate, multisectoral approach to methodically abolishing gender-based violence while functioning as a technical resource, applying major upgrades to the UNRWA program, and offering trusted support to a Senior Gender Advisor. I developed best practices and knowledge management capabilities through the documentation of lessons learned. In addition, I devised cutting-edge communication tools designed to increase public transparency and improve internal communications.
