      As a Gender Officer, I navigated an elaborate, multisectoral approach to methodically abolishing gender-based violence while functioning as a technical resource, applying major upgrades to the UNRWA program, and offering trusted support to a Senior Gender Advisor. I developed best practices and knowledge management capabilities through the documentation of lessons learned. I assisted field offices in creating life-saving referral systems for victims of gender-based violence, drafted and published numerous gender-related communication tools, produced project proposals, and monitored progress for donor reports.Key highlights of my accomplishments include:• Aided five field offices in conceptualizing and implementing Gender Action Plans.• Introduced evaluation framework in support of sexual and gender-based violence survivors.
