  1.Design the logo of the corporate image, design and manufacture a complete VIS (Visual Identity System). If the company already has a global Visual Identity System, keep consistent with it and design in the Chinese version. Produce H5 promotional documents, maintain the public number, Weibo, WeChat and other public media;­ Design proposal;­ 2.Supervise and direct Local Content characters/design usage in products, print materials, advertising and promotional and retail projects. Design and produce all kinds of design works;3.Initiate and perform product line reviews, and new licensees’ induction meetings on a regular basis, ensure consistent and unified use of brand standards;­4.Work with licensees, category managers and Creative Designer in developing new product lines;­5.Give design advise/suggestions internally to category Managers and externally to existing and prospective licensees on quality concepts and designs for their product;­6.Design Fundraising Road Show and Investors Conference presentation; Provide support in marketing program / tie-in promotions, artworks & special project assigned;­7.Build and add into existing library, Photo Gallery and manage the distribution of art resources, i.e. Style guides, Art portfolios and Brand manuals received from head office;­8.Update and revise the manual of VIS, Authorized dealer; Make character usage, brand knowledge and product approval procedures;­9.Recruit and train freelance artists, designers well versed in VIS standards for referral to licensees;­10.Perform any and all other duties, as may from time to time be assigned from management team;­11.Combine investment experience to provide analysis suggestions and opinions on mergers and acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing;­12.Smooth communication between Chinese and English.
