  My first job in the industry, for the largest home builder in Canada. My strong systems background has been underpinned by the methodical and service oriented approach Mattamy has toward its staff and clients. I helped design model home fit outs, 3D modeled of homes using AutoCAD 2000 and 3D studio VIZ. I assisted in making our clients dreams a reality by revising drawings to include options and upgrades to our standard homes. I researched invoices and kept our suppliers honest. Liaising with both builder onsite and and suppliers off site. Learning what they dont teach you in school, I put together price chart for options and extras to assist sales consultants. Show less

I look back on this time in my career with a sense of pride, where I took on highly challenging projects, working day and night with high profile clients internationally, learning from the best design minds. This opportunity allowed me to fine tune my both my creativity, and creative processes. I was able to design not only the space itself, but everything in it, which results in a holistic and purposeful design.
