      BST - Big Step Training English Center is established in 2010 aimed to enhance English skills for local students (most of them were students from Academy of Finance and Hanoi University of Mining and Geology) and focused on teaching them to get high score in TOEIC exam.This is my first occupation as a Teaching Assistant with major tasks that included students care support, motivation giving, offline class preparations and other general activities and events of the Center

      A new chapter of my career after promotion and rotation. I have entered Employee Engagement group as a Leader and in charge of organization culture operation. I am proud to continue and strengthen the authentic corporate culture that harmonizes the business vision and core values, HR missions and employees' wellbeing in order to creat a great workplace and employer's branding.An overview of my journey as below:- Leader of Organization Culture Operation team with 10 members- Managing the organization- wide communication network with 54 members (Change Agents) from all functional departments.
