  I worked as a polling assistant under the 2011 General Elections in Zambia. My roles included ensuring every voter has his/her ID, voters card. I would further issue indelible mark on their right thumb nail. Issue out the ballot papers and ensure they are safely placed in the ballot box. At the end of the voting period, the polling station would be closed and the counting of ballots would take place.

  I was ambassador for Central Action HIV/AIDS (CAHA) to Kwame Nkrumah University. My duties included but were not limited to; sharing information with the student populace on HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns and prevention. I was also a focal person for condom distribution in the University. We conducted HIV/AIDS testing on the student populace and ensured that all students who tested positive were counseled and put on Anti-Retrial Viral Treatment.
