      As Development Manager at the Oregon Natural Desert Association, I deepen engagement with our work by connecting our community of supporters to the importance of Oregon desert conservation through targeted communications, events and partnerships. I manage our individual giving program and supporter engagement strategy, administrate and manage our customized Salesforce database, and utilize data analysis to inform donor engagement methods, refine strategy, and improve program performance. As Membership & Engagement Coordinator at the Oregon Natural Desert Association, my role was to engage current ONDA members and cultivate further support for our work by connecting community members to the importance of conservation in Oregon's high desert and deepening their engagement with our work.
