      GEM Award - Demonstrating Extra Initative Takeo Miyagishima Aug 2015 Matthew demonstrated extraordinary measure, diligence, and initiative in executing the qaulity initiatives required to support KBI (Kinsbursky Brothers Inc.) and the hybrid battery refurbishment program in receiving Technical Approval for their processes and facility by TMC-SPEAD. The attention to detail, multitasking, and hard work, in addition to normal workload with other programs warranted this recognition and appreciation.
