      In a company that specializes in advanced training systems, I was responsible for the development of real-time aircraft simulators (F-18, F-15 and E-6) for training maintenance ground crews. My responsibilities included requirement definition, software specification, design, implementation, test and integration. Various training concepts and simulation techniques were innovated on mini- computers (PDP-11, UNIX). In this program, I had major responsibility over the technical performance, cost and schedule of the ground based system that would support the operations, monitoring, diagnostics, planning and logistics of the on-orbit robotics systems. The system involved software development (UNIX platform), WAN/LAN elements, simulator, and AI system. Under my leadership, the project completed major design reviews and went through numerous challenging technical and management issues.
