Emily is the driving force and creative mind behind "The More You Know -- The More We Grow," a Washington campaign highlighting a different customer each week for employees. As a result, employees have told us they intentionally go to these member businesses, and customers have asked if they can use the template with their own teams. Emily is also the voice of Regence in Washington on social media, dealing with complex questions and issues from members in a way that always puts consumers first and shows people what a compassionate company looks like.
