  The consultants will regularly visit the flood affected areas and identify the damages (Public andPrivate) in their respective assigned districtsb. The consultants will regularly visit the assembly points (camps) or areas where affectedpopulation is assembled and identify needs and gaps.c. The consultants will regularly upload the data to the portal for provincial government to be ina better position of planning and response.d. The consultants will keep close liaison with other CSOs, Govt department to collectioninformation and update the P&DD on duplication of work by different organizations workingand areas of gaps.e. The consultants will prepare tables, graphs, other statistical data and reports for enablingmanagement for rational decisions at P&DD And PDMAf. The consultant will verify the data provided by line department and other organization throughconducting field monitoring visits to sites and compile monitoring reportsg. To consultant will work under protocols of AAP, PSEA, Anti-Fraud, social protection, focusingon gender, children and women who are in need of support.h. The consultants will submit their daily reporting and recording of vulnerabilities with theconsent of communities affected.i. The consultants will work in close coordination with district administration as per their guidanceand supportj. Any other business that is recommended for flood response by district administration.
