  • Act as a single point of contact and provide the manufacturing management necessary for successful procurement, build, integration, acceptance, site staging and delivery of hardware for multiple programs • Responsibilities include authorizing/monitoring MRP requirements, monitoring/expediting material shipments, leading daily/weekly/monthly Integrated Production (IPT) meetings as required, generating work statements and program schedules, defining budgets, assuring delivery requirements are met, and resolving any issues that could impact delivery• Lead an IPT consisting of individuals from the engineering, finance, material analyst, planner, quality and supervisor organizations• Present program status on a monthly basis to the Clearwater Senior Leadership Team and to the customer• Responsible for attending DCMA Surveillance Audits and demonstrating Clearwater Operations’ compliance with Earned Value Management Guidelines• Support the Earned Value Monthly Business rhythm by conducting Variance Analysis, EAC Validity tests, submitting ECRs and/or BCRs, approving WADs, and submitting Control Account Plan sheets• Lead new and follow on proposal efforts associated with the Clearwater Manufacturing Operations work• Clearwater Site Lead for the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP).
