      Design and Analysis of a Tripper Car for Shiploader, Support Structure, Walkway Bridge using RFEM as per customer requirement (European Standard).Developing 3D CAD models of Conveyors, Environmental Dust Control Unit, Crushing & Screening Structures and produce detail Drawing for production using Advance Steel & AutoCAD Mechanical.Design and Analysis of the Silo using RFEM with the different load case involved. Releasing the Foundation and the GA drawings as per the Client Requirement.Work across a continuous succession of small and large, domestic and international projects as they progress through the project lifecycle from early concept development, detailed design, installation and operations.Coordinate with Sales Dept. for creating Offers and EstimationProposal: Design and Manufacturing of a Bulk Material Handling plant extension and Shiploader with design capacity 3500t/hDesign Execution: Initial Layout, Plan are prepared. Analysis for the support & structure are done in RFEM, and the model was developed in Advance Steel. The Main base structure and Sub-structures are designed as per the result gain from the analysis. Dust Control is also considered while model development. Prepare the production / Fabrication drawing for the production floor with Assembly and welding sequences. Review the drawing to ensure the accuracy and compliance with the GCI Standards. Ensure the Blasting and pre-primary coating are as per the client requirements. Visiting the Site periodically to inspect the product with commissioning engineers to improve the design in terms of installation procedures. Monitor self-progress and quality to ensure the project schedule and deliverables were met.Proposal: Design and manufacturing of Potash Processing Plant Conveyors with required Safety measures.Design of Material Storage Equipment’s for the Customer Requirements (DIN 22101).Layout development for all the conveyors with the customer input data.The Skeleton Model is then Developed Show less
