  Global transformation project - setting up of three new and development of two existing Shared Services Centres. My role in the project was to manage HR & Change & Comms aspects for selected countries (Leading and guiding Operating companies on different aspects during transition, monitoring of recruitment process in Shared Service Centre in Krakow, Poland for transactional finance, HR Advisor for the project team (80 employees)). HR Advisor for two breweries located in Krušovice and Velké Březno and 3 distribution centres (250 employees) responsible for the full HR agenda. Trainee position for Supply Chain and Finance (supporting 300 employees), where I was responsible e.g. for recruitment, induction, teambuilding activities, being an advisor for managers and supporting change management program in one of our breweries.

  The role is focused on improving payroll processes by engaging stakeholders, establishing guidelines and trainings, and leading initiatives to support the team by creating awareness and understanding of the payroll processes across the organization. HR Partner for Shared Service Centre (BSO) in Kladno factory (supporting 200 employees and 24 leaders). My main goals were to increase motivation and satisfaction of our employees, be trusted partner to the leaders and create an environment where everybody feels energised every day. I have been on full-time parental leave since March 2020.While on parental leave (2022) I supported of our HR CEEMEA Sales and marketing team in Prague as well. Recruitment Partner in an international EMEA Talent team to the hiring managers, making sure I provide the best recruitment support and consultancy for them. I was responsible for recruitment of positions up to Director level, in various teams (BSO, Finance, Production etc.) and different countries.
