  During my wonderful time at NOTHS, I supported stakeholders across every function (most prominently Tech, Product, Data, Marketing, Customer Service, Commercial, and Finance) with all things recruitment and talent pipelining.Core metrics- Supported and drove a direct-first recruitment approach – peaking at 95% direct hiring success in November 2017 (+22% YoY) and keeping the average % between 85 (FY18) and 89 (FY21 - ending March 21)- Stabilised overall time to hire to an average of 38 days per hire across all functions in FY21. - Drastically reduced agency/recruitment spend - resulting in savings in excess of £400k YoY.Sourcing & Recruitment- Supported the growth of our engineering (FY20 --> oversaw the recruitment of 40+ Engineers, reaching a direct hiring success of 87%, including 11 direct headhunts -31% of that total) and Data functions (FY17--> headhunted our Data Director, Senior Data Engineer, Senior Web Analyst, and Implementation Analyst; FY21 --> helped rebuild the Data function, hiring one Analytics Manager, an Implementation Analyst, 2 x Data Analysts)- Supported the rebuilt of our Digital Product Design team (FY20 --> headhunted our Head of Product and 2 x Product Designers, hired 2 x Product Owners and 1 x UX Researcher- Helped with the consolidation of our in-house Digital Marketing capabilities (FY18 --> headhunted our then PPC Manager, CRM Manager, and CRM Executive- Oversaw 5 temp Customer Service Christmas temps hiring campaigns from inception to fulfilment, hiring an average of 25 people in 1,5 monthsDiversity & Inclusion (FY21)- Supported an ongoing auditing/reassessment of our recruitment practices (both from an attraction and selection perspectives) to ensure maximum inclusiveness at all times- Supported the Head of People and Talent and the wider D&I groups in designing and launching candidate demographic survey - Collaborated with the Analytics team to refine and analyse all collected data Pokaż mniej

  As a Sourcer, I owned all top of the funnel activities, from talent mapping/pipelining through to CV review and initial candidate screening, to make sure hiring managers were presented with the most relevant profiles for the roles they were hiring for.Acting as the main point of contact/in-team trainer for all things Policy and Communications, I worked on roles across different regions (Benelux, MENA, Southern Europe) and verticals (AR/VR, Privacy, Content), as well as briefly pivoting to our MBG function, where I helped hire a number of Technical Solutions Consultants.
