      As a Sourcer, I owned all top of the funnel activities, from talent mapping/pipelining through to CV review and initial candidate screening, to make sure hiring managers were presented with the most relevant profiles for the roles they were hiring for.Acting as the main point of contact/in-team trainer for all things Policy and Communications, I worked on roles across different regions (Benelux, MENA, Southern Europe) and verticals (AR/VR, Privacy, Content), as well as briefly pivoting to our MBG function, where I helped hire a number of Technical Solutions Consultants.
