      In my time working at the Castle Hill store I had many roles. These included: -Sales Specialist: sales tasks, customer service, basic how to information and basic trouble shooting. Helping customers look for the best complete solution was the goal. -Family Room Specialist: as a family room specialist my main role was to assist in trouble shooting and technical support for mobile devices including iPhones and iPads. I also trained customer how to use their devices both mac and iOS in the basic use of the device, the operating system, and specific software packages. -Lead Cashier: as a lead cashier I dealt with the finances of the store both from customer transactions to end of day takings and reporting. Also lead a team of 10 staff and completed tasks such as rostering and payroll as well as back of house inventory problems and financial disputes. -Trainer: training up to 30 customers in specifically designed workshops that I scripted to allow customers to learn how to use their new device and up skill on new technology. These workshops included children's holiday workshops, seniors workshops, one to one tuition and dedicated business nights. -Operations support: assisting in the operations of the store.
