  During this role I maintained the security administration for multiple clients. This included add\remove\edit access, audits, routine applicability checks and process improvement. I was a 2nd level support for the helpdesk with issue escalation, problem management and resolution key to my role. Through out this role I furthered my understanding of scripting, reporting, customer care and interaction, Active Directory and other security applications. Servicing multiple accounts during my time I started as a 1st level call centre representative, there I became a Senior Customer Service Representative. I worked as an escalation point for customers as well as participating in training session for new hires, education and ongoing reviews. This role gave me a hands on feel as the first point of call for customers with IT related issues endeavouring to fix their issue on the phone within given SLA's using personal knowledge, documented processes and outside the box thinking.   During this role I was a Project Manager for IBM Australia within a major Data Centre program for National Australia Bank to exit our old data centre and move into a purpose built, completely new data centre. Grampians Health is Western Victoria's largest Hospital and individual employer with 9000 staff servicing the a large portion of Western Victoria.The value of projects I delivered including multiple $2m project\programs.
