  Recicleta (recicleta.ro) is a model of social business trying to answer in a sustainable financial way to significant environmental and social problems (provides recycling services for companies by using cargo bikes and offering job opportunities and social integration for people from vulnerable groups). My responsibility was to assure all the management function of the project: human resources of vulnerable groups, financial planning, and budgeting, logistics and operational aspects. My achievements in Recicleta was that I took over a startup project and during two years I managed to make it sustainable financial, by accessing grants to cover the investments, grow the client`s database and to develop it from the pilot phase to an applicable sustainable business. عرض أقل

  In pursuing the organization mission, we educate and raise awareness regarding the importance of forests and develop new social entrepreneurial models to create a sustainable future. One of the projects I developed and managed was The Vegetable Forest - an educational micro-farm based and designed on permaculture principles, encouraging rural community development. My objective was financial sustainability, project development, marketing campaigns, coordination, and implementation. Fundraising was one of the biggest challenges and development opportunity. I assured the financial sustainability of the project, by submitting and receiving one international grant (Adobe Foundation) and one corporate sponsorship (LIDL Romania). Both grants were used for investments and farm development. The LIDL grant was the biggest grant received by the association, totalizing 110.000 euro I developed good connections in the CSR community getting to know the needs of the market and CSR policy of the corporate world. عرض أقل
