  A significant contribution to Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) for UNICEF India- Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar Project in Tamil Nadu, in partnership with the Ministry of Jal Shakti & Ministry of Education for the school WASH program envisioning Clean India, Clean Schools by reducing child mortality, improving water and sanitation, and promoting gender equality. Experienced in conducting needs assessments resulting in the identification of WASH gaps in project implementation, hands-on experience in preparing progress update reports, organizing project review meetings, and demonstrated documentation process with suitability and exit plans for this project till closure. Well-versed in organizing behavior change campaigns for WASH programs among school children and conducted Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) study on WASH in school. Developed WASH assessment tool for schools and trained volunteers for data collection & sharing process, scorecards & reporting.
