  Duties and Responsibilities●Planning and implementation of IT Security tools. I have been actively engaged as a technical lead in implementation of various IT security solutions in various banks.●Installation and configuration of MFA/2FA, IAM, SSO solutions, SOC technologies (EDR, SOAR, SIEM and UEBA), NGFW.●Develop SOC processes and playbooks, and implement alert rules, reports and dashboards to identify threats and incidents.●I work with MicroLAN’s clients to monitor logs, IoCs, review alerts and investigate events and incidents of apparent security breaches leveraging SIEM, SOAR and other tools, and following set procedures and industry standards.●I work closely with various clients in the process of auditing their systems to identify flaws, gaps and misconfigurations.●I support installations, configurations, integrations and maintenance IT Infrastructure Solutions: Servers, Storage, VMware, Hyper-V, Workstations, network devices, Single Sign On (SSO).●I conduct continuous research and provide technical security expertise on threats affecting clients.●Perform periodic user rights reviews and recertification across business systems toensure privileged access risks are controlled.●Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the customers, from the initial RFIs, through to RFPs & RFQs when required.●Conduct proof of concept (POC) as may be required.
