  • Network Engineering – Responsible for the design, specification, project management and configuration of wired and wireless local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WAN) connectivity to the Campus backbone to support multiple services, including data, telephony, video conferencing and streaming, and surveillance control systems• Office Solution Development – Responsible for developing office automation solutions for Campus departments based on the Microsoft Office 365 platform, including SharePoint 365 and Microsoft Power Automate• Innovation and IP Policy – Chaired a working group of the UWI IP Policy Revision Committee whose mandate was to review Articles 8-11 of the “WIPO Intellectual Property Policy Template for Academic and Research Institutions” and make recommendations as to how they can be applied in a UWI context to drive, research, innovation and technology transfer.• Digital Transformation – Chaired the ICT Systems and Processes Working Group of the Student Enrollment and Retention Task Force1. Developed a framework to map student satisfaction to underlying business processes and ICT systems2. Developed maps of the current and desired student lifecycle processes in order to understand areas for greater focus and used them to identify bottlenecks in service delivery and produce recommendations goals and strategies to address them3.
