Delivering added value activities and executive coaching in the UK, China, UAE and the US. Leading the strategy, design and delivery of careers services for 4,500 part-time MBA students in over 100 countries. Creating a blended provision that is uniquely tailored to the regions through team members based in Miami, Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Working hand-in-hand with Alumni Relations, Programme Marketing, Executive Education and academics across the School. Leading strategic engagement and services for over 40,000 worldwide alumni of Manchester Business School. Aligning School objectives for fundraising with service provision. Working in partnership with worldwide alumni associations to build affinity, engagement and School reputation. Leading the design and delivery of on-campus careers provision for over 300 full-time MBAs and executive MBAs. Developing strategic partnerships with corporates for the purpose of building recruitment opportunities, reputation and alumni relationships. Designing and driving new initiatives to include Careers Fairs, the Careers Safari and the Manchester Gold MBA mentoring programme. Developing strategic internal partnerships to collaborate globally across our Executive Centres.

Leading the delivery of innovative learning activities for children (aged 10-12yrs)) to develop their awareness and values in:- leadership (confidence, making good decisions, being responsible)- career awareness (knowing how organisations work and the diversity of role choices)- social responsibility and sustainability (looking after our people and planet)Children use exploration and creativity to develop their ability and courage to solve challenges for themselves and others today. Children learn to use creative thinking when choosing their future careers and how responsible decision-making and creative thinking, whilst in these careers, will have local and global impact. Epic Steps aims to help children realise their unique potential and that opportunities exist for every one of them.
