  I worked with the production team producing some of the garden plants that helped to make up R A Meredith`s £18,000,000 turnover to companies such as Tesco and Homebase. During the summer of 2011 I was given the responsibility of packing supervisor for 6 weeks. I organised up to 20 staff to achieve daily packing requirements from our customers, liaising with head office to arrange transport and trolley requirements.

General duties included: the development, remediation/calibration, monitoring (MI creation and presentation) and general analysis in order to ensure portfolio-specific capital (Basel) and impairment models remain fit for purpose.Key areas of focus included the monitoring and recalibration of one of the Group's international mortgage portfolios, as well as being involved with the redevelopment of a core Basel loss model.
