      Outstanding Training Initiative Award Training Magazine APEX Award Feb 2024 As part of the Training Apex 2024 awards, ESL FCU was one out of five to receive this award for the UKG Workforce Management training which I created utilizing several different training modalities including simulations, video demonstrations, and visual reference guides for both mobile and desktop applications. We trained the entire company in less than one month using a combination of online and in person classroom methods.
