   Servant leader who coaches and serves Core Network Solutions Value Stream whose mission is to shift our Core Network Solutions portfolio to growth by designing, building, and delivering products that matter and provide tangible value via differentiated experiences that delight our customers. Brought my experiences and success as a Release Train Engineer up to the Solution Train, supporting 4 Release Trains made up of 5-15 teams each. Established best practices and guidance into the Solution Train to guide Capability and Feature decomposition that improved feature throughput from 71% to 89% over the course of 5 PIs and Capability throughput from 21% to 53%, ensuring Capabilities are defined to a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and features defined to a deliverable component able to deliver within a 3 month Program Increment (PI). Facilitated Solution Train Planning remotely bringing energy to foster a Global community and promoted Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Leader of our next transformation at Lumen to shift from SAFe to Scrum@Scale.
