  I recruited clients, sold training packages to them and performed different assessments to analyze their level of fitness.I held clients accountable to their workout plans by correctly instructing them, leading each of them to reach their fitness goals ahead of the set goal date. By instructing a class of personal training interns preparing for their certification exam, I received a recognition award for volunteering to do work outside of my job description.

  Oversee the day to day activity of the Operations Managers (OMs). Manage and troubleshoot the program operations as it pertains to SRWC and department. Possess knowledge about all of the programs, facility policies and personnel. Resolve participant conflicts and disputes. Contact University Police when necessary due to problems that cannot be resolved with on-site personnel. Respond to all injuries and assist with proper emergency procedures.
