I have given over 3,000 community lectures or training programs in 24 years within the City of Manteca alone. Additionally, I am recognized by the Manteca Unified School District as a Trainer of Trainers for a number of teacher/student programs ranging from conflict resolution to drug awareness. As the City's Public Information Officer I have nearly 22 years' experience with in dealing with the media ranging from local to international news gathers. I am a noted expert in the area of hostage negotiations, having been a negotiator since 1982 and an active State Board Member for the California Hostage Negotiators. It is more then just doing a lecture, it is building a relationship with passengers who are out to enjoy life. I also like to think my topics which range from history of the wild west to modern day Bonnie and Clyde stories are fun. I also encourage my passengers to enjoy the cruise, but always be mindful of their destination and culture by sharing some safety awareness topics.
