  During the airing of Reggae Fusion, I played Reggae Music from the likes of Richie Spice, Barrington Levy and Tarrus Riley alongside other genres such as Pop, Hip-Hop and R&B music that has been influenced by Reggae Music then using my musical knowledge and understanding of Reggae music and the culture to explain and educate the audience on the important link that Reggae music has with other genres learning imperative skills in project planning, administration, broadcasting etiquette, Myriad 5 and audience retention skills. Being the presenter of Reggae Fusion gave me the opportunity to take part assisting outside broadcast at local events such as ones held by Willow Wood Hospice. Show less

  In the Summer of 2018, I played the keyboard as part of the Ruff Trade Reggae band playing at the One Love Reggae Festival, on the main stage working and playing as the band for veteran reggae artist Keith Poppin who shared the stage with other legends such as Johnny Clarke, The Twinkle Brothers, Alborosie and Carol Thompson throughout the festival.

  I liaised with the venue’s Manager, Social media team, Artists, and Bighani “Tsunami” Energy (CEO of RamsXor Group LLC) facilitating the arrangement and running of the event. In preparation to event start I conducted the sound check with venue engineer ensuring equipment and backing music needed for each artist was readily available for there’s set, during the event I was Stage Management, and DJ liaison during the festival. This resulted to a smooth and safe running of event with each artist sounding excellent including Alicai Harley (head liner) and attending public enjoying the event to the fullest with the only issue being running time of the event which I resolved by shortening the interval from 1 hour to 30 minuets.   Social Media Operation & Assistant Audio Engineer

  I captured and posted on the official social media for the event, posting content that would help attendees find their way around the event. This combined posting highlights from each panel that took place throughout the day, assisting the in-house Audio Engineers with managing the PA systems for each talk panel taking place throughout the day. The result of this led to management being extremely pleased with the social media captured and the attendees having an accurate representation of what to expect when arriving at the event. I also assisted in running the PA systems helping them to be able to continue running smoothly when the head engineer had to leave as he had a Family emergency, as I took over his role in attending to the different PA systems in each room of the festival, utilizing my studio experience to operate and manage the PA systems with the head engineer saying that without my assistance there would have been mayhem as there wear only two audio engineers, including himself, running the PA systems.
